Hoa always follows every step of her clients to make sure they’re happy with every single detail in their trip.

Working in tourism by chance turns out to be Hoa’s dream job. Customizing every single trip likes playing a puzzle game, which she is excited to do, in which each gemstone is her client’s satisfaction. She would never stop working until she solves the last piece of the puzzle. 

Her long years of traveling give her a lot of experience in Southeast Asia’s lifestyle and culture. And now, Hoa likes to share everything she has seen with her clients and reveal the secret parts that not many travelers know. She loves to make sure everything is on the right track with her clients during their trips, reaches out to see if she can be of further assistance, and feels happy only when they are happy.

To enjoy the magic of being alive every day, she goes jogging, cycling, and traveling any time she can. As long as Thailand,  Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos are a must, she plans to see some other countries with rare and authentic cultures, like Mongolia, South Africa, and Belize, with her children.
