She fell in love with the hotel industry when she was a freshman in college, with a part-time job, Phuong did not expect this to be the job she really felt she belonged to. Phuong always tries to travel as much as possible, because she believes that her advice will only be the best one when it is experienced by herself. She often goes camping with her little family every weekend; Admire the beautiful nature, talks to the locals and enjoys their food. Occasionally she also rewards herself with vacations to a more luxurious place to enrich her experience.
