We use the payment portal for credit card payments, and this payment portal (not our bank) will charge a 4% processing fee on the total amount paid by credit card.

You can either pay by Credit Card (VISA, MASTER, AMEX) or Bank Transfer to the Exotic Voyages' bank account noted in the invoice.

No, you do not have to pay anything at this stage. Our tailor made service is free to use and you will only have to pay if you decide to book a tour package with us.

You will receive a quote and a suggested itinerary from your personal travel consultant within 24 business hours. The itinerary can be tweaked and changed until you are satisfied. Upon confirmation, you are required to make a deposit payment which is 30% of the total trip cost. Once receiving the fund, we process the booking. If nothing changes compared with the original itinerary, the price will be locked in. The rest can be settled no later than 45 days before the trip date.
