From the moment our Hanoi Guide, My, met us at the airport we knew we would be in good hands throughout our trip. With the expert advice and help of Mai Phuong in the Hanoi office, and our wonderful expert guides in the three places we visited, the two week mixed business and pleasure trip went off without a single hitch. Whenever we asked our guides to make last minute changes, there were no problems adjusting our schedule whenever possible. I was most concerned about my serious food allergies; my wife is a vegetarian. Wherever we ate while with our guides, the restaurants had been informed in advance of our food restrictions. Mai Phuong even prepared a print-out in Vietnamese and English of my allergies for us to present to restaurants when we were eating on our own, including instructing the chefs on the avoidance of cross-contamination of utensils, etc.

Mai Phuong planned an excellent 10 day trip for us in Cambodia. We went to Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville. Overall the trip was great and the level of service we received from Exotic Voyages was fantastic. We were met by our guide at the airport on arrival and immediately felt at ease and knew we'd be in safe hands. The hotels in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap (Raffles and Heritage) were of an extremely high quality and great value for money. Our tour guide in Phnom Penh also took us from Sihanoukville to the airport and when she came to collect us it was like seeing an old friend. The trip was extremely well planned and we were very impressed that Exotic Voyages took the time to check during our stay that everything was going well. If we were to go on the trip again we probably would not include Sihanoukville on the itinerary as there are better beaches in Thailand but this is not a criticism of Exotic Voyages who had actually advised us to stick to the cultural sights. The team seems genuinely concerned to ensure you have the holiday of a lifetime which is very refreshing. We would highly recommend Exotic Voyages and would be thrilled to travel with them again.

Our trip was lovely. The Aye Yar River View Resort turned out to be an excellent choice as it was located in old Bagan, in close proximity to all the major temples that we wanted to visit, and the staff at the hotel was very helpful. The emergency contact in Yangon delivered my flight ticket to my hotel soon after I made the phone call.
Thanks for organizing everything. Hope to use your service again in the near future.

Everything was organized with the greatest efficiency. All our guides were absolutely first class, very punctual,. knowledgeable and delightful people (amongst others Thet Khiang in Bagan, Dann Nu Naing Naing in Mandalay and Wanna Chea in Siem Reap), the hotels were all most satisfactory and the programmes were all of the greatest interest. We really en joyed the experience very much and look forward to returning to your part of the world in the future, in which case we will surely be contacting you again.

We wishes we had stayed another week. Our guides, Sok Sokunty in Phnom Penh & Battambang and Wanna Chea in Siem Reap, spoke English very well and helped us a great deal with our slow walking pace and poor balance. We had no idea what a great adventure we were going to have. It is difficult to decide what part of the tour we enjoyed most. The Phnom Penh National Museum, the visit to the silver smithing family, the floating village, The Banon pagoda, the river trek to Siem Reap, cooking school, and of course the pagodas at Angkor all were exciting and new to us. Sok was particularly helpful to us when we arrived in Phnom Penh a half day late due to airline difficulties. She found an agreeable way to modify our tour to fit the time available. She got us moving right away. We never felt that we were missing a thing. If there were any more things to do, we probably would not have had the energy to complete them. Wanna had great energy that kept us from tiring. He made it easy for us to wake up to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat. It was all well done - a good plan, excellent guides, comfortable accommodations. Do you offer tours to Laos and Viet Nam?

The trip was so much more than we ever expected; definitely a trip of a lifetime. We do hope to revisit some of the places. We especially liked Luang Prabang and Hoi An. Our guides, Pong and Tommy (Luan) were the best! We were also very pleased with our accommodations. The Victoria Hotels were very nice and we also enjoyed the special service we received at the Kiridara in Lao. We would highly recommend them.
Special thanks to you for your flexibility in meeting our travel requests, and for working with the credit card company on the double billing. It was great getting to meet you in Hanoi. We will certainoly recommend Exotic Voyages to our friends.

We arrived safely back in the UK yesterday morning after a really good trip so thank you for all your help in planning it.
Everything went well with being met at the airports (the only problem being that the flight was delayed by 3 hours but nobody can do anything about that).
Apart from that however, we enjoyed everything else. We loved our time in Laos, cruising down the Mekong on our own boat (which was a lovely surprise) was a real treat and everyone looked after us very well. The Lodge in Pakbeng was perfect and we were well taken care of and finally Luang Prabang was a delightful place to finish our tour in Laos.
So all in all, it was a most memorable trip and thank you once again for helping me plan everything. I won't hesitate in recommending you company to friends here.

I was just too excited to write these words sooner to thank you for your brilliant trip. WE (3 young ladies) had been looking forward to our holiday in Vietnam and had tried imagine how beautiful the scenery are and how luxury the service could possibly be, but all these were way beyond my expectation. Hoi An and Hanoi are just so gorgeous, I will plan to comeback soon, for more shopping.

We decided to visit Vietnam and wanted to include all the recommended places famous for its beauty, culture, culinary delights and history. We wanted to have true insight into this country in the limited time available to us. We gave Exotic Voyages our “wish list”. They responded immediately with a very well thought out itinerary, it was interesting, detailed and included things we hadn’t thought of. Our journey took us from Sapa in the North to the Mekong Delta in the South. We did planes, trains, automobiles and boats with a team of dedicated personal guides chosen by Exotic Voyages, who were informative and very personable.

Having recently returned to the UK from a trip to Vietnam I wanted to thank all the staff in the Hanoi office for initially putting together my individual trip and for then ensuring that everything ran smoothly and was as expected. I had initially put forward my ideas of what I wanted to do on this trip (my fourth to Vietnam with Exotic Voyages) and the places I wanted to visit and Exotic Voyages compiled the itinerary, discussed flights, transfers, hotel accommodation etc with me and also arranged my Visa. Exotic Voyages also arranged the car and driver to Mai Chau and a local guide in Hoi An along with a visit to a market garden and, a cookery class as part of a memorable day trip whilst in Hoi An. Most definitely a luxury holiday at an affordable price.
