Vinh Hy

As one of the four most beautiful bays in Vietnam, Vinh Hy Bay in Ninh Thuan province is famous for its pristine blue waters. Vinh Hy Bay is about 42 kilometers away from Phan Rang City – Thap Cham in the Northeast direction and 100 kilometers from Nha Trang city. It could be accessed easily from Cam Ranh Airport, Nha Trang. The weather here has characteristics of tropical monsoon climate which is dry, hot, and windy. There are 2 seasons: dry season (Sep- Nov) and wet season (Dec-Sep). The most suitable time to visit Vinh Hy Bay is between May and Aug because the sea of Vinh Hy reaches the peak of its beauty with emerald and pure water, warm and smooth sea, and white sand. Rai Cave is one of the most beautiful destinations in Ninh Thuan province that you can also visit when you come to Vinh Hy Bay. It is considered as the only “waterfall on the sea” of Viet Nam. Observing mysterious harmony between moss and wave in Rai Cave, you will be surprised at the beauty of a natural masterpiece. Corals which are fully covered by the moss look like giant sapphire being lost beneath the clear water. Nui Chua National Park is another attraction that cannot be missed out. You can climb up to the top of the mountain for an overview of the whole area. The highest point of the mountain is just about 1000 meters above sea level; however, it is not easy to conquer it because the mountain is located in a unique forest with a typical feature of the dry ecosystem in Southeast Asia, neither more nor less than in Africa.
