Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a local English-speaking tour guide and be transferred to the city center for hotel check in. You are free the balance of day at leisure to discover the beautiful capital of Vietnam.

In the morning, your local English-speaking guide and private driver will pick up you at the hotel and head north to the town of Ha Giang, built on the Lo River (a tributary of the Red river). On the way, you will pass through regions inhabited by Viet, San Chay, and Dao ethnic groups and stop to visit the villages, take memorable pictures and admire the landscapes. Tonight, you'll stay at Ecolodge Panhou - a charming lodge amidst tranquil scenery with fresh air.

In the early afternoon, you will start your day by dicover Pan Hou village which offer you an opportunity to get closer to the minorities here. Arrive at the village, you will have a "soft hiking" to admire lush forests, mountain valleys bordered by rice terraces and observe villages of several ethnic minorities such as Phu La, Pa The, H'Mong, Dzao with long-kept traditions. You will discover the colourful culture of different ethnic people here through their traditional clothes, their customs in daily life and their traditional stilt house.

In the morning, we will set off to Nam Dam to enjoy the beautiful nature of the village and get close to the daily farming life of the locals. Here, we'll discover untouched caves, refresh at beautiful waterfalls or get insights in Hmong weaving and Dao village history.

Ascend curving and winding roads to reach the Gate of Heaven. This is the highest point of this mountainous area that its height is over 1,500 metters above the sea leavel.

Today, we'll begin out exploration by travelling to the Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark that is famed for specific limestone geology. On the way, make a stop at a H'mong village, where all the houses are built of clay. We will visit the H'mong royal palace of the Vuong family, a fortress built by a local chief in 1990s. Have lunch at a local restaurant then continue to pass over Ma Pi Leng Pass, through a gigantic maze of limestone peaks, stone forests, and canyons before descending into the valley of Meo Vac.

Ready for some adventures today. We'll take a boat trip on the Nang River to visit Puong Cave, Dau Dang waterfall, and a village. Do kayak to explore more the beautiful and peaceful sceneries of Ba Be Lake where you find yourself immerse in the beauty of nature.

A private car will drive us back to Hanoi this morning. Take a short rest before joining an evening street food tour. At the Old Quarter, we'll savor many Vietnamese specialties that taste special in Hanoi. Then stop at a bia hoi (beer club) on Ta Hien Street and sip the popular fresh Vietnamese beer.
