You can choose to create your own salad from their huge option of ingredients and dressings. The only criticism is that most of their dishes come in big size.

Prices are a bit higher, not surprising as Favola is the restaurant of the 5-star hotel Le Meridien.

Everything from the decor, ambiance to the service and food seems to be kept to the highest standard they could manage. Opened in 2009, La Terrasse is a Parisian inspired French bistro in the heart of Chiang Mai. Although not strictly a vegetarian restaurant, its vegetarian dishes are so good that it’s always one of the best choices you’d ever need.
