Today starts by visiting Vat Nong temple to witness the Tak Bak ceremony. After that, pass by a local market to sample some local snacks. After breakfast, visit Phousi Mountain located in the center of the town. Next, visit Wat Xieng Thong - the most beautiful temple in the city. and Pak Ou caves, which shelter hundreds of Buddha figurines. You’ll have a Lao lunch at Ban Muang Keo village.

In the morning, you will visit the Royal Palace, which is today the National Museum that showcases the history and lifestyle of the Laotian monarchy and its people. After that, head off to Kuang Si waterfall where you can take a refreshing swim and have a picnic lunch. Later, return to Luang Prabang and continue to visit Vat May, Vat Visoun, two significant Buddhist temples of Laos.
After breakfast, leave for Phonsavanh which Located in northern Laos, the province of Xieng Khouang offers beautiful landscapes of green mountains and karst limestone, but the main attraction in Xieng Khouang is the Plain of Jars, located in the small town of Phonsavanh. Arrival in Xiengkhoang in the late afternoon after 7 hours driving.

From Phonsavanh, you’ll start your journey by seeing Muang Khoun, the ruins of what was once the royal seat of the small kingdom of Xieng Khuang. After that, you will get to discover the Plain of Jars, listed as UNESCO Heritage Site in 2019. There are thousands of ancient stone jars here, which are believed to have been used for funerary purposes or as part of ancient religious rituals.

After your breakfast, leave for Vang Vieng, located on the banks of the River Nam Song. The Vang Vieng region and the karstic mountain range surrounding it offer splendid landscapes. Upon arrival at Vang Vieng, check in your hotel.
Enjoy a special moment at sunset time by leisure boat riding along the Nam Song River, exploring the breathtaking mountain landscape under light cast.
Your journey starts in the morning with a short drive to a small village. From there, you’ll start trekking through the valley on a path winding through rice paddies and limestone formations. Then, climb up the hill to witness a magnificent secluded waterfall in the jungle while enjoying a picnic lunch. Then return to the village where you will be driven back to your hotel.
After your breakfast, take a boat trip to Nam Ngum Lake, the largest man-made water reservoir in Laos. During the trip, enjoy spectacular views of many small islands including the “Monkey Island” where the primates wander freely there. After that, reach the fishing village of Tha Heua and have a glimpse of the local life. Later in the day, catch the bullet train to Vientiane, the capital of Laos.

This morning, you’ll have a bike ride, visiting various sights. Start on the red soil road along the Mekong River. Make a short stop to see how the locals prepare Kaolam, a typical Lao snack. When reaching the city center, riding through Anouvong Park, you’ll then take the road to the colorful Vat Simeuang temple. Finall, enjoy a cup of signature coconut milk coffee at Koung’s Coffee
Today, you’ll take a short flight to Pakse, a city located in southern Laos which is known for its rich history, beautiful natural scenery, and cultural heritage. You will be welcomed upon arrival and transferred to your hotel to check-in.

Driving north of Pakse this morning to embark on a local boat across the Mekong River to reach Don Kho, an authentic and peaceful atmosphere. Here, you’ll visit a weaving village and observe Laos women working on their looms. On the way back, if time permits, you’ll visit Ban Saphai Village which also specializes in traditional weaving.

This morning, drive to Paksong where you’ll take an off-road adventure, passing bumpy dirt roads. Reach Ban Lao Ngam where you’ll stop for a rest in a small restaurant. The last leg of your journey will take you to Tad Lo Waterfall Park, an ideal spot to refresh in Lao's nature. Later, transfer to Champasak, where you will stay for the next two nights.

This afternoon, explore the gorgeous countryside of the serene province of Champasak on the secluded island of Don Daeng, which peacefully lies downstream on the Mekong River. Grab a bicycle to ride through small paths winding around the island to discover the natural richness. Enjoy the tropical landscapes dotted with palm trees, rural farming, and fishing communities. During the ride, you’ll see beautiful river views, colorful temples, and authentic villages.

Today, you’ll bike to get closer to the incredible landscapes. Starting in Don Kong, the biggest island in the area, head South and take local boats and cruise between Don Khong, Don Piman, and Don Sangphai Islands, before reaching the unspoiled island of Don Loppadi. The ride will stop at Don Det Island for a laid-back lunch with a waterfall view. This afternoon, continue to Don Khone to visit waterfalls, colonial buildings, and fishing villages.
Enjoy your last day in Laos to yourself, either relax at the hotel or continue to explore Don Khone island.
After over two weeks of exploring the culture and heritage of Laos, the trip comes to an end. Your driver will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to the airport to fly to Pakse where you have your connecting flight to your home country.
