DAY 1 Hanoi

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will meet your local tour guide and take a private transfer to your hotel for check-in. Take a rest after your long-haul flight.

DAY 2 Hanoi

Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Explore Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum: President Ho's stilt house the Buddhist One-Pillar Pagoda. Stroll through the courtyard of the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university. Meander on the Old Quarter's maze in the afternoon. Stop at street food vendors to try Hanoi's Banh Cuon, Pho, and Banh Mi - the world's best sandwich. A delightful ice cream treat for your kids at night.

DAY 3 Ky Son

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Take a short drive to the peaceful countryside - Ky Son. Take a cooking class which the kids would definitely love, and then have lunch from your creations. In the afternoon, enjoy a hand massage before cycling through the pristine landscape of the village. Enjoy a herbal steam bath before having dinner. End your day with a foot bath with medicinal herbs.

Stretch your tenders and joints with a morning Yin Jin Jing - an exercise to promote blood circulation and Qi flow to run their pathways to internal organs. Take a village walk after breakfast to discover more about life in the countryside. In the afternoon, join some fun activities with the host family. You can choose between fishing, making doughnuts, or relaxing on a hammock in the peaceful garden to watch the world go by.

DAY 5 Ha Long Bay

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Leave Ky Son, and take a 2.5-hour road trip to the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Halong Bay - the land of thousands of tremendous limestone islands rising out of the water. Spend your time aboard the Orchid Classic, an elegant junk boat while cruising the spectacular marine landscapes. The kids can build excitement by joining a night fishing on the boat.

DAY 6 Hoi An

Meals: Breakfast, Brunch

Enjoy your cruising before driving back to Hanoi before noon and take a flight to Da Nang. Continue by road to Hoi An - another charming UNESCO World Heritage Site, passing green fields and lovely countryside along the way. Checkin hotel and relax. 

DAY 7 Hoi An

Relax at your hotel or discover the Old Town atmosphere today on your own. Your kids will love to delve into every kind of food experience here: Street snacks from sidewalk vendors, seafood on the beach, Cao Lau in most local restaurants, chicken rice that tastes good only in Hoi An, and crispy Banh Mi stuffed with pate, barbecued pork, egg omelet, and special sauce.

DAY 8 Hoi An

Today's highlightsExperiencing a bamboo basket boat into the mangrove forest

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Set off in the morning to ride into Cam Thanh countryside. Then, sail off to Cua Dai’s seaport. Here, see a fisherman doing traditional fishing that requires special pulleys to pull up his huge nets. Ride on a bamboo basket and catch of tiny crabs with a thin stick. Later, relax at a hut looking over a peaceful canal and enjoy a delicious lunch from local specialties.

DAY 9 Buon Me Thuot

Meals: Breakfast

Leave Hoi An. Take a short drive to Da Nang where you’ll catch a flight to Buon Me Thuot - the luxurious highland and coffee capital of Vietnam. Check in hotel and relax.

DAY 10 Buon Me Thuot

Today's highlightsExploring nature and enjoying a picnic lunch in the forest

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

After breakfast, enjoy a day exploring the Yok Don nature park in search of elephants. Your guide and local villagers will tell you about each individual elephant’s personality, background, daily life as well as point out the many plant species and wildlife inhabiting this forest. Then you will enjoy a picnic lunch in the forest before meeting some of the elephants in the afternoon.

DAY 11 Saigon

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Begin the journey with a scenic drive to Gia Long waterfall located in the middle of jungle. Dive in the cool blue water and immerse in the singing sounds of birds, special utilizing of ecology with precious wood trees. Continue walking through the jungle, and reach another pristine waterfall called Lua waterfall. Savor a delicious picnic lunch at a unique spot overlooking the waterfall before heading to the airport for flight to Saigon.

DAY 12 Saigon

Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Start the day with one of the best noodles and sip your coffee at an open cafe. Embark on a water bus to get a different view of Saigon from the river. Continue with a visit to a local market, followed by a lovely cafe with its underground tunnel that used to be the secret base of the Saigon Special Forces during Vietnam War. In the evening, hop on a Jeep and start a memorable and tasty night food tour. Enjoy the night breezes and your last drink before returning to your hotel.

DAY 13 Saigon

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Join a boat trip on the Mekong River in Cai Be. This area used to be a busy trading hub until the end of the 20th century. Stop along the way to visit different local workshops where you can observe people knitting water hyacinths, and making rice paper and coconut candy. Afterward, embark on a hand rowing boat to visit an orchard, followed by a leisure walk to an ancient house. Enjoy lunch with local specialties before returning to Saigon.

DAY 14 Saigon

It’s now time to farewell Vietnam. A local guide will drive you to the airport, ready for your flight back home.
