Day 1

Greeted at the airport, you’ll be transferred to hotel for checking in. Free at your leisure to freshen up at the hotel.

Day 2

Yangon is a perfect mixture of old and new, colonial background and religious legacy next to new busy markets and shopping centers. The highlight in your Yangon city tour is to the sparkling Shwedagon Pagoda known as the most important religious site of the Burmese.

Day 3

Now you are here at the one of the world’s greatest architectural sites, the plain of Bagan. Among thousands of Bagan’s prehistoric stupas and pagodas, you will be guided to the most famous ones like Shwezigon Pagoda, Ananda Temple.

Day 4

Riding a hot air balloon over Bagan sunrise is definitely the best thing to do when in Myanmar. After that, you are experiencing the local insight of this holly land by a trip to Myinkaba, a traditional village in surrounding which is famous for lacquer ware and wood crafts.

Day 5

This is the special part of the trip: you will take a cruise journey along the Ayeyarwady River from Bagan to Mandalay. The cruise provides the best view for Myanmar scenery and high standard service.

Day 6

On the way cruising, you’ll be met with the spectacular view of thousands of temples and ruins of Bagan, as well as the chances to get off board exploring Bagan’s local markets andShwe Pyi Thar village.

Day 7

In the morning we arrive in Yandabo, a picturesque village that specializes in Pot-Making. A walk around the village will be definitely worthwhile as we enter some workshops, the school and the monastery.

Day 8

Continuing the cruise upstream, we’ll stop at Monywa to visit the Hpowindaung and Shwebadaung caves. The splendid Sambuddhai Kat Kyaw pagoda is an awe-inspiring structure of Buddhism for you to wander through its 500,000 ancient Buddha images. Drive 2 hours and we’ll rejoin the ship.

On a local horse cart, you explore the beautiful ancient towers and monastery of Ava before getting on a sampan crossing the teak-made U- Bein Bridge to the land of the splendid Amarapura royal capital. Now it’s time to disembark your luxury cruise to go for a light trek to the pagoda of the Great Marble Image.

Day 10

Mandalay with its great cultural diversity will be explored within the day by bike. You will visit several different Buddhist site of Mandalay and spend the afternoon finding hundreds of ivory temples and stupas in Sagaing hill.

Day 11

On the gateway of Inle Lake, the floating village of Nyaung Shwe is a noteworthy stop of Heho where you find time to experience a day like local people.
