Si Phan Don

Si Phan Don is a riverine archipelago located in the Mekong River. It was featured by numerous of islands (four thousand island) and has three main destinations for travelers: Don Khong, Don Det and Don Khon. The island is small enough to walk. When visiting Si Phan Don, most of travelers like to explore Khone Phapheng Falls combined with seeing the freshwater Irrawaddy dolphins, take a glance of rice farm and plenty of farm animals and have conversations with the friendly locals to see their lifestyle.
