Exotic Voyages has been in business since 1995 and we have gained a reputation for providing excellent service to our clients. Our Sales staff is really here to make an all out effort to insure that you will have the best trip tailored to your requests. Our Operation Managers are located in all cities closely watching all trips to insure a flawless experience. Every now and then, our Operations Managers call to say hello and ask how the trip is running to make sure everything goes smoothly while you’re here. TRAVELING STYLE

Our trips are on a private basis to get the most flexibility for you, your friends and family. Our main purpose is to get you to really be in touch with the local people and to learn as much as possible about their daily life and culture. Talk to them, take photos, stay longer, it’s all up to you. It is your vacation and we really want to make sure you have the best travel experience possible.

CUSTOM TRIPS

Our trips are very selective, our Productions Department is working very hard to research and develop the best trips available for Southeast Asia. We have some sample itineraries on the website for you to view but they are able to be fully customized. Your best option, is after going though our site, please send us an email with your requirements and our experts can assist you in building the perfect tailor made trip.

HOTELS

With our sophisticated booking software, we try to get instant confirmation of hotels, however it is not always possible with most of the hotels in Indochina. Please fill in the inquiry form and we will request the hotel for you. Once it’s confirmed we will email you back and you can settle the payment. It is easy and quick and insures you get the type of hotel you are looking for.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

As soon as your booking is confirmed and full payment has been made we will email you a final confirmation itinerary, Visa approval letter for picking up your visa upon arrival to the airport, electronic flight tickets and other related travel documents.

CANCELLATION

For all bookings you will find that our terms and conditions on our reservation form is very clear with our cancellation policy. We insist that all our clients have adequate travel insurance that covers them for cancellation and other unknowns.

If you wish to change your itinerary after full payment has been made we will try our best to accommodate any changes but it depends on each individual supplier. We therefore take it on a case by case basis.   

RATES

In Indochina, there are a range of budget Tour Operators that compete with bargain basement prices, so you can always find a better price for any of our listings. Please remember, you get what you pay for, this is especially true in Southeast Asia.

We really believe that it is very important for you to have an amazing experience on your trip. Sometimes you might get a little cheaper rate from smaller Tour Operators, but the risk of problems and delays for your trip is very high and it can easily turn into an unpleasant experience. It can come from every type of service such as low quality cars, late drivers, very low quality guides, hotels and restaurants, flights, etc. With Exotic Voyages, the only hard work for you is to find us, then, leave the rest to us. We will work very hard to make your trip everything you’ve dreamed of and more!

BOOK AND PAY

All quotes are in USD. We accept Visa/Master card   directly by using our secure online payment, bank transfer.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

If you have special requirements – for example, if you have a large group or young children, if you are handicapped or have physical limitations, if you have special transportation needs, or if you are vegetarian or have other food allergies, just let us know, we can work it out for you.

INSURANCE

We strongly suggest visitors have good medical insurance that also covers evacuation. In case of serious health problems, medical facilities in Southeast Asia are rather limited. It is much wiser to purchase a good insurance from your home country.

EMERGENCY NUMBER

We do our best to ensure things go smoothly throughout your trip, however, sometimes things may happen. Before your trip starts, we email emergency contact numbers that are available 24/7, in the unlikely event of a problem occurring you can always reach us.
